Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 48 working hours of placement. Delivery typically takes 2-7 days across India, with major cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) receiving orders in 2-4 days. Times may vary due to location, weather, or logistics issues. Track your order via the link sent to your email/SMS.
Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹499 (updated periodically). Cash on Delivery (COD) available with a ₹40 convenience fee. Shipping charges shown at checkout are final.
No Delivery Areas: We serve 20,000+ pin codes in India. If your pin code is undeliverable, we'll notify you and refund prepaid orders within 48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Unbound Lifestyle products. Returns accepted for wrong, damaged, expired, or missing items. No returns on used/opened products or hygiene items (e.g., opened skincare).
Eligible Returns (Wrong/Damaged/Expired/Missing Items)
Timeline: Raise request within 7 days of delivery (2 days for damage/missing).
Process:
Contact us via WhatsApp +91-921-768-6300 email hi@unbound-lifestyle.com, or the "Returns" button in your order details. Include order ID, photos, and issue details.
We'll review in 48 hours and arrange free pickup.
If pickup unavailable in your area, self-ship via any courier—we'll reimburse charges (via bank/UPI).
Once received and verified (2-3 days), we'll replace (if in stock) or refund.
Partial Returns: Yes, return eligible items from your order.
Non-Returnable Cases
Opened/used/altered products.
Missing original packaging/labels.
Requests after 7 days (or 2 days for damage).
Refunds & Cancellations
Cancellations: Cancel via "My Account" > Order Details before "Ready to Ship" status. We'll confirm instantly.
Refunds:
Processed within 7 working days to original payment method (bank/card/UPI/Wallet).
COD refunds: Provide bank details; credited in 7 days.
Full refund for cancellations/undeliverable orders (prepaid: 48 hours).
Delivery Attempts: Couriers try 3 times. We'll follow up if needed.
Address Changes: Not possible post-order. Ensure accuracy at checkout.
