How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Alternatively, you can also track it using the below link: https://unbound-lifestyle.com/pages/track-your-order

How do I know that my order is confirmed?

As soon as you place the order, you will receive a confirmation SMS and email with the order number and the estimated time of delivery.

Will I have to bear the shipping charges?

We provide free shipping for orders above a certain amount, which is updated regularly. We also offer cash-on-delivery in many areas at no extra cost. The shipping charges shown at checkout are final.

Do you have a COD facility? 💵

Yes, we do have a Cash On Delivery facility for all our orders.

What are the different ways I can order Unbound products?

You can order Unbound products online from our website. www.unbound-lifestyle.com. In case you want to place a bulk order or sell Pilgrim products from your store or website, please contact our customer care at hi@unbound-lifestyle.com or Whatsapp: +91-921-768-6300 for assistance

What is the standard time of delivery? 🚛

Once you place the order, it is shipped within 2 business days and you can expect it to be delivered within 4-5 business days.

Can the billing and the shipping address be different?

Yes, the billing and shipping addresses can be different.

Do you ship outside India? 🛫

No. We currently ship in India only.

 

Modify order

How can I modify my order?

We regret to inform you that once you have placed an order, it cannot be modified. However, you can contact us via hi@unbound-lifestyle.com or WhatsApp: +91-921-768-6300 and we will do our best to assist you.

Can I modify/change my payment mode?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be altered.


Payment related

I am unable to make the payment

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Kindly try again after clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, or, try using a different payment method. However, if the issue still persists, kindly contact us at hi@unbound-lifestyle.com or WhatsApp: +91-921-768-6300 and we will assist you.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards, Net banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
*COD orders carry an extra convenience fee to be paid.

My money has been deducted, but my order is not confirmed 🤔

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please allow up to 24 hours for the confirmation email to arrive. If you don’t receive it, be rest assured that any deducted amount will be refunded to your source account within 3-5 working days.

 

Refund/return related

When will I get my refund?

For paid orders, refund will be processed in the next 24-48 hours on cancellation/Returns/Failed Orders. Once the refund is processed, it takes around 3 - 5 working days to reflect in your source account

How do I return my order?

We focus on choosing ingredients that are biocompatible with your skin for safe and effective results, whether natural or synthetic. While not all natural ingredients are good for your skin or hair, and not all synthetic ones are bad, we ensure that most of our ingredients are natural and carefully sourced. Are Unbound products vegan and cruelty free?

YES, we are proud to be a PETA-certified, cruelty-free and vegan brand.

For how long are the products safe to use?

We recommend using our products within the Period After Opening (PAO) indicated on the packaging or by the Best Before date - whichever comes first

Do Unbound products contain fragrance?

Yes, some of our products include fragrance, which is clearly listed in the ingredients as 'Parfum' or 'Perfume.'


Products labeled as having "Artificial Fragrance" contain skin-friendly fragrant essential oils. On the other hand, products marked "Fragrance-Free" do not contain any added perfumes or fragrances

Are you a clean brand?

Yes, and we are proud of it :) We follow set of values that we deeply believe in. Crafted with love, all Pilgrim products are FDA-approved and free from toxins like parabens, harmful chemicals, and mineral oils - common offenders on beauty labels.


Issues with delivered order

What should I do if products are missing from my order?

Your order might be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking details for each package. To track your order, please visit https://unbound-lifestyle.com/pages/track-your-order

My order status is not updating

My order was returned without any delivery attempt

We’re sorry to hear that. Typically, our courier partner makes 3 delivery attempts before returning the order. Please check your SMS or email for any updates about the delivery. You can also check detailed status for your order by clicking on https://unbound-lifestyle.com/pages/track-your-order


Order Cancellation

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at your end within 15 minutes of placing it. After this period, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Kindly note that orders already shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

I am not able to cancel my order

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

My order has been canceled

If your order was canceled on our end, it may have been due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, such as exceeding order or product limits. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

How to avail the B1G1 offer?

You can follow the below steps to avail the "B1G1" offer:

1. Add a minimum of 2 products to the cart

2. Use Code: B1G1

3. The lower value product will be free


I am not receiving the 50% discount after applying the B1G1 offer

The B1G1 offer does not provide 50% discount. Instead, if you add at least two items to the cart, the lowest priced item will be free and you will only pay for the highest priced item.


If I order a single item, will I receive two products with the "B1G1" offer?

No. You need to add at least 2 items to the cart to avail the B1G1 offer. The lowest priced item will be free and you will pay only for the highest priced item.

1. Click on the profile icon on the top-right corner of the website

2. Enter your Phone Number and click on 'Continue'

3. Enter the OTP received on your phone and you will successfully be logged in

If you are not able to get OTP on your mobile number to login, click on 'Resend OTP' and check again.
