Unbound Lifestyle – Personal Care for Men

At Unbound Lifestyle, we formulate high-performance grooming and personal care products exclusively for men. Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

Please read the following carefully.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

We offer replacement or refund ONLY in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product
  • You received a damaged or physically tampered product
  • You received an expired product
  • You received an incomplete order (missing item)

Returns for reasons such as dislike of fragrance, texture, skin reaction, or change of mind are not accepted due to hygiene and safety standards.

Return Request Timeline

  • Return / Replacement request must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery
  • Requests raised after 3 days will not be accepted

How to Raise a Return Request

Please include:

  • Order ID
  • Registered mobile number
  • Clear pictures of the product and packaging
  • Unboxing video (mandatory in case of missing or empty package)

Step 2: Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3: If approved, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

Step 4: In case reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, we will guide you to self-ship the product. Courier charges will be reimbursed after verification.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • All labels, mono cartons, and accessories must be intact
  • Product must be sealed (where applicable)

Non-Returnable Cases

  • We will not accept return/replacement in the following cases:
  • Opened / used / altered products
  • Missing original packaging
  • Request raised after 3 days
  • Minor packaging damage without product damage
  • Products purchased during special clearance sale (if applicable)

Refund Process

After Pickup:
  • Product will undergo Quality Check (QC)
  • If claim is verified, refund will be initiated
Refund Timeline:
  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to original payment method within 7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customer must provide bank details. Refund will be processed within 7 business days

Please note: Entire process may take up to 10–14 business days from pickup date.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
  • If cancellation is approved, refund will be processed within 7 business days
  • Unbound Lifestyle reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Free shipping eligibility may change from time to time
  • Cash on Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
